Norka-Roots is the official body of the diaspora of Kerala ethnicity. It is a Government of Kerala Undertaking.
"Non-Resident Keralites Affairs - NORKA", was formed on 6 December 1996 to redress the grievances of Non-Resident Keralites (NRKs).
NORKA was the first of its kind formed in any Indian state.
